Rihanna Got Caught Tattooing People illegally

Rihanna was caught at a tattoo parlor in NYC called East Side Ink. Where she does most of her tattoos. She was found tattooing some of the tattoo artists at the parlor. This was Rihanna first time doing this. It sure looked like she was having fun, but the fact is that what she was doing is illegal, your not authorized to give people tattoo's unless you have a license which Rihanna Doesn't have. The situation Is currently being investigated. She could be facing misdemeanor charges, and also the tattoo parlor, East Side Ink that allow her to do it.

Yea, ya'll she did It. She got a tattoo with her new Boyfriend's name on her shoulder.
